For orders delivered via Courier Center, please complete the return form. Then, place the completed form inside your package and return the product securely packaged. Finally, affix the return voucher sticker to the outside of the parcel and hand it over to the courier company.
In case of a refund, the customer will be charged for the courier costs.
For orders delivered via Box Now, fill in the return form found in the original packaging. Then, enter your shipment number at the locker from which you picked up your parcel, place the package inside, and the Box Now driver will collect it. To ensure a successful return, you must include the original shipping voucher from your order inside the return parcel.
